Utah Colleges
Students wishing to be admitted to universities with rigorous acceptance requirements should be prepared to take the following courses:
Four years of Mathematics
Four years of English or Literature
Two to Three years of Laboratory science
Two years of history/government
Two or more years of foreign language
In many cases, admittance may be based off GPA and ACT scores, but often schools will look at your overall student resume. Applicants are encouraged to supply as much information about their accomplishments as possible. Attending campus tours and asking questions about individual admissions process is highly advised.
